17. Breastfeeding can be difficult and painful. It won't be hard forever and it won't hurt forever. Keep on trucking, mom! You can do it! If it hurts too bad, get a nipple shield until your nipples get used to it or pump for every other feeding to give them a break.
18. The inability to produce enough milk is rare. If you are one of these moms (or are looking to start weaning) there are healthy alternatives.
